With a 1.4GHz Intel  SU3500 chip, up to 4GB of memory and a 1366 x 768 display, Acer's 11.6-inch Timeline 1810T threatens to bridge the usability gap between netbooks and workhorse laptops. And now that the first review has come in, we can say that the verdict is... well, ambivalent. Multitasking, battery life and general build quality scored the thumbs up, but the glossy screen and casing weren't so well received, and 1080p and Flash video playback were hit-and-miss. Set to be known as the Aspire 1410 in the US, this grown-up netbook is expected to arrive pretty soon, with some online retailers already offering pre-orders at $450. via engadget

According to netbooked, he 1410 is almost identical to the Acer Aspire One 751 physically but has more powerful guts. It comes with a more powerful Intel SU3500 (1.4GHz) processor and Intel GMA 4500MHD graphics.
The 6-Cell 5600 mAh battery is flush with the bottom of the machine, unlike on the Acer Aspire One 751.
Sounds quite good considering there are 20 tabs open in his browser. Performance wise it sits somewhere in between the 751 and the Sony Vaio TT (all 11.6-inchers)
Video performance is not looking too great at the moment though: WMV / H.264 1080P videos played smoothly, but with a 100% CPU load. The more powerful processor in the 1410 still choked on HD YouTube videos. Official specs show hardware support for these though, but it could be a problem on his end.
The 1410 seems to be slightly louder than the 751. I thought the 751 was fanless because I never heard the fan, so the 1410 must be very quiet.
